Find the Right Camp for Your Child
Our camps are based on the grade your child will be entering in the upcoming school year, not the grade they just completed. This helps ensure campers are placed with peers at a similar stage academically and socially.
In general, grade levels align closely with typical age ranges:
- PreK–K: Ages 4–6 – Explore All PreK-K Camps
- Grades 1–3: Ages 6–9 – Explore All Grades 1-3 Camps
- Grades 4–7: Ages 9–12 – Explore All Grades 4-7 Camps
- Grades 7–9: Ages 13–15 – Explore All Grades 7-9 Camps
If your child is between grades or right on the edge of a group, the best choice often comes down to your child’s confidence, maturity, and interests. Some children thrive with slightly younger peers, while others are ready for a more advanced experience.
If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you choose the best fit.
The best place to start is with what your child already enjoys. When kids are excited about the topic, they’re more engaged, more confident, and get more out of the experience.
Here are a few simple ways to match your child’s interests to our camps:
- Loves building, tinkering, or figuring out how things work?
→ Explore our Robotics, Engineering, and Technology camps - Enjoys video games, computers, or creating things on a screen?
→ Explore our Coding, Video Game Design, and AI camps - Curious about science, experiments, or how the world works?
→ Explore our Science and Engineering camps - Interested in helping others, animals, or the human body?
→ Explore our Medical and Veterinary camps - Creative, artistic, or loves storytelling?
→ Explore our Art & STEAM, or Filmmaking & Effects camps
If your child has multiple interests, that’s great—many families choose more than one camp across the summer.
Still unsure? Start with the category that excites your child the most—that’s usually the best fit.
Yes! Our camps are designed to support both beginners and experienced learners. Instructors use flexible, project-based curriculum that allows them to adjust the level of challenge within the same camp.
If your child is new, they’ll get step-by-step guidance and build confidence quickly. If they already have experience, they’ll be pushed further with more advanced challenges, deeper projects, and opportunities to extend their learning—so they stay engaged and never feel bored.
The best next step is to choose a camp based on your child’s interests, then review the camp details to see how the projects align.
We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where all children can have a positive camp experience. Many children with special needs attend our camps and do very well.
Our instructors are trained to support a range of needs within a group setting. In general, children who are able to participate independently in a classroom environment tend to transition well to camp.
If your child requires additional support during the school day, we ask that a qualified aide attends camp with them. Aides must be at least 18 years old and not related to the camper.
Because each child is unique, we encourage you to reach out so we can discuss your child’s needs and help determine the best fit. Our goal is to ensure a safe, positive, and successful experience for every camper.

How to Register for Summer Camp
Signing up is quick and fully online. Start by selecting the camp your child is most interested in, then choose the location that works best for you—since not all camps are offered at every location.
Once you’ve made your selections, you’ll be guided to our secure registration system to complete enrollment. We accept all major forms of digital payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and digital checks.
Spots are limited and camps can fill quickly, so we recommend registering as soon as you find the right fit.
If a camp has reached capacity, you can join the waitlist. When spots become available or we’re able to open additional capacity, we’ll contact families in order.
If your child is next on the waitlist, you’ll receive an email giving you 24 hours to confirm your spot. If the spot isn’t confirmed within that time, it will be offered to the next family on the list.
Because availability can change quickly, we also recommend exploring other camps that match your child’s interests and schedule. Many families find a great alternative while remaining on the waitlist.
If you’d like help finding the best option, we’re happy to assist.
Yes—whenever possible, we’re happy to place children with friends or siblings.
To request this, simply include a note during the registration process with the names of the children. As long as they are enrolled in the same camp and fall within the same age group (based on rising grade), we can typically accommodate the request.
If you have any questions or want to confirm arrangements in advance, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.
Our full-day camps start at $425 per week, and our half-day PreK–K camps are $350. Some specialized camps may be priced higher depending on the materials and projects included.
Our pricing reflects the hands-on, project-based experience your child receives. Each week, campers complete multiple take-home projects and experiments using real materials—especially in camps like robotics, engineering, and advanced science, where supply costs are higher.
In short, your child isn’t just attending—they’re building, creating, and learning every day, which is what makes the experience so valuable.
Yes! We offer several ways to save—especially if you plan ahead or enroll in multiple camps.
- Early Bird Discounts: Available for a limited time during the winter months
- Multi-Session Discount: Save when your child attends more than one week
- Sibling Discount: Save when enrolling more than one child
- Referral Program: Earn rewards for referring friends
Many of these savings are applied automatically at checkout, while others may require a code shared through our email list.
The more weeks you enroll in, the more your child benefits—and the more you save.
Yes! We’re happy to help you change camps or locations if your plans change—there’s no fee to make a switch.
To request a change, simply email us with your updated preference. As long as there is availability in the new camp or location, we’ll take care of the update for you.
Possibly. Many families use programs like a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or may be eligible for a child and dependent care tax credit to help offset the cost of summer camp.
Eligibility and savings vary based on your individual situation and employer benefits. We recommend checking with your HR department, accountant, or tax professional to understand what options are available to you.
If you need documentation for reimbursement or tax purposes, we’re happy to provide it.

Campers don’t just learn about a topic—they build, create, and take it home.
Each week, your child will complete 15+ hands-on projects designed to help them fully explore the camp’s theme. These projects are carefully structured so campers can build skills step-by-step, allowing them to go deeper and gain real understanding as the week progresses.
For example:
- In robotics camps, kids may design, build, and program multiple robots
- In science camps, they’ll conduct experiments and create take-home models
- In creative camps, they’ll produce artwork, films, or digital projects
By the end of the week, your child won’t just have had fun—they’ll leave with a collection of projects they’re proud of and excited to share.
Engagement starts with putting kids in the driver’s seat.
At our camps, children aren’t sitting through lectures or filling out worksheets—they’re actively building, experimenting, and creating throughout the day using real materials. Every camper completes their own projects, so they stay personally invested in what they’re making and learning.
Each day includes multiple hands-on rotations, giving kids fresh activities and new challenges every few hours. This variety keeps energy high and prevents boredom.
We also incorporate partner and small group activities, so campers can collaborate and share ideas—while still completing their own individual projects.
Our curriculum is designed to be flexible, which allows instructors to adjust the level of challenge in real time. That means:
- Beginners get the support they need to feel confident
- More experienced campers are pushed further with deeper, more advanced work
The result is a camp experience where kids stay focused, excited, and proud of what they accomplish.
That’s completely normal—and something we see every week. Many campers start out feeling a little unsure, whether they’re meeting new friends or exploring a new topic.
We’re intentional about helping kids feel comfortable from the very beginning. Each group starts the week with icebreakers led by their instructor, and campers stay with the same small group and instructor all week, which helps build familiarity and confidence quickly.
Because our camps are hands-on, kids naturally get involved by building and creating their own projects, rather than sitting back and watching. This helps even shy campers engage at their own pace.
In most cases, we see kids start to come out of their shell by the end of the first day.
We also create opportunities for campers to share and celebrate their projects with the group, which builds confidence and a sense of pride in what they’ve accomplished.
By the end of the week, many parents are surprised at how much more confident and comfortable their child feels.

We focus on creating an environment where every child feels safe, supported, and comfortable participating.
Campers are placed in small groups with a consistent instructor for the entire week, which helps build trust, familiarity, and strong relationships. Instructors get to know each child and can support them individually throughout the camp experience.
We set clear expectations for kindness, inclusion, and respect, and our staff actively guide group interactions to ensure all campers feel welcomed and included.
Because our camps are hands-on and structured, kids stay engaged and focused throughout the day—reducing opportunities for negative behavior and helping create a positive group dynamic.
We also maintain close supervision at all times, so instructors are always present, attentive, and ready to support campers as needed.
Our goal is simple: every child should feel comfortable, confident, and excited to be at camp each day.
Our camps run Monday through Friday and are designed as full-week programs so campers can fully explore each topic and build skills throughout the week.
A typical full-day camp runs from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with drop-off beginning at 8:45 AM.
For our youngest campers (PreK–K), we also offer a half-day option from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
For families who need additional flexibility, extended care is available before and after camp (see below for details).
Attending for the full week allows campers to progress through projects, build confidence, and get the most out of the experience.
